M-Pesa Updates

M-Pesa enables its customers to manage better their account with a new LOOK UP functionality.

 

•           The New M-PESA menu enables customers to transfer money and pay their bills in a much easier way.

•           As customers transact, the references and phone numbers will be auto saved in the menu.

•           Customers can also store their phone numbers and reference numbers by dialing *150*00# and select option 5.

•           Customers are able to update their details (i.e. add, edit and delete) on both reference numbers and phone numbers lists.

•           To update reference numbers and phone numbers customers will select option 5 (My account) on M-PESA main menu.
