NMB ATM Recharge

Customers of the National Microfinance Bank (NMB) may recharge any Vodacom Tanzania Prepaid number at any NMB ATM in Tanzania.


How to recharge a Vodacom Prepaid account at an NMB ATM:

1. Correctly insert your NMB ATM card into the slot provided.

2. After you have entered your PIN number, you will then press the 'Utility Recharge' button.

3. You will then press the 'Vodacom' button to continue.

4. You will then be notified to press the 'top up' followed by pressing the 'proceed' button.

5. Then you will have to select by pressing the button with the desired amount of airtime from your NMB account that you want to recharge ranging from Tsh 500, Tsh 2,000, Tsh 5,000, Tsh 10,000, Tsh 20,000, and Tsh 50,000 respectively.

6. Then you will be required to verify the Vodacom prepaid cell phone number and the amount to recharge by pressing the 'Yes' button.

8. You will then be notified to press the 'Yes' button to continue or the 'No' button to discontinue.

9. Lastly, if you pressed the No button you will be required to take your NMB ATM card and receipt. 

10. Vodacom prepaid customer will then receive SMS confirmation of the recharge
