NBC ATM Recharge

Customers of the National Bank of Commerce (NBC) may recharge any Vodacom Tanzania Prepaid number using any NBC ATM in Tanzania.

How to recharge a Vodacom Prepaid account at an NBC ATM:

1. Correctly insert your NBC ATM card into the slot provided.

2. After you have entered your PIN number, you will then press the Vodacom Recharge button.

3. You will be informed that this service is only for Vodacom Pre-paid subscribers, you will then press the Yes button to continue.

4. You will then be notified to enter the Vodacom Tanzania cell phone number that you wish to recharge, then you will press the yes button to continue.

5. Then you will have to select by pressing the button with the desired airtime amount from your NBC account that you want to recharge ranging from Tsh 1,000, Tsh 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 7,000, 20,000, 50,000, and 100,000 respectively.

6. Then you will be required to verify the Vodacom prepaid cell phone number and the amount to recharge, followed by pressing the Yes button to continue.

7. You will be informed to wait while your transaction is processing.

8. You will then be notified to press the Yes button to continue or the No button to discontinue.

9. Lastly, if you pressed the No button you will be notified to take your NBC ATM card and receipt.
