built-in EDGE modem and memory card that simply plugs into a
television, turning your TV into a computer screen. Supported by
the open source Android 2.1 platform and the Vodafone Opera
Mini Browser, the Vodafone WebBox also has the added features
of a video player, FM radio and picture viewer to give you an
intuitive multimedia and internet browsing experience.

How do I get this service?
You will need:
Any television with RCA inputs
Vodafone WebBox
Active SIM card with data services activated
The Vodafone WebBox is available at all Vodacom Shops.
Your purchase will include a Vodacom Starter Pack with a SIM
card.
You can recharge this SIM card with
airtime to browse the internet and access your emails. You are not required
to activate the Vodafone WebBox device. If you have an older
television set, you may have to purchase an 'RCA to Coaxial
converter' from a television accessory store. The deal does not
include an 'RCA to Coaxial converter'.

How much does it cost?
The WebBox will be available for Tzs 179,000 including VAT, at
all participating Vodacom shops. The offer includes a 2GB SD Card,
a Prepaid SIM card and 100MB data every 30 days for 12 months.
