Internet Contract – Post-paid

Post-paid customer can now buy Internet bolt-on bundles via SMS just like Prepaid. E.g.: MYMEG100 to 123.

Customer signs up for 24-month internet contract.

Customer receives purchase confirmation SMS and is allocated volume of MB for Internet access. Charge for the bundle is posted onto customer’s monthly bill.

Customer receives allocated volume of MB for Internet access in the month. Subscription is posted onto the customer’s monthly bill.
|
Volume to be used within 90 days after which unused MB will expire.
|
Volume MB to be used within the month. Unused volume will be carried forward to next month but no further.
|
After bundle volume MB is consumed, further internet access will be billed to the post-paid account at standard pay-as-you-go tariff.
|
After allocated volume MB is consumed, further internet access will be billed to the post-paid account at special out-of-bundle tariff specific to contract.
|
Customer cannot use Internet vouchers. They can only purchase via SMS.

Customer on Internet contract cannot use internet vouchers, nor can they purchase via SMS. Customers receive allocated Internet volume every month.

Customers on Bolt-on Internet may sign up for Internet Contract via post-paid activation process.

Post-paid Internet Contract customers cannot purchase bolt-on internet bundles.

Bolt-on Internet offers flexibility to post-paid customers to enjoy lower internet surfing tariffs without committing to a contract. This is especially cost-effective for them when accessing the Internet via their handsets.

Internet Contract offers automatic availability of data volume to the customer along with very low out-of-bundle rates. This is very suitable to customers accessing the internet from their computers.
