In order to serve you better, we are structured into four major
departments that work together to ensure that we provide excellent
solutions to you our customer in an effective and efficient way -
Pamoja Daima.
We have two departments that interact directly with you our
valued customer and these are;
General Call centre
- When you call us, you talk directly with our customer care
agents who are qualified and professionally trained to attend to
your queries. Our call centre is accessible by dialing 100 for
Kiswahili service and 101 for English service.
Trade Partners Help Desk
- This was designed to enable our trade partners interact with
customer care agents work together as a team in offering solutions
to your needs. Only registered trade partners can talk to our staff
directly by dialing 165
Our two other departments work in the background to ensure you
our valued customer is served better and they are;
Customer Information Centre

Customer Information Centre (CIC) is second level support
designed to attend to your queries which need follow up after you
have spoken with our call centre agent. In a dynamic industry we
are operating, CIC ensures all our customer care agents are well
informed of new developments and issues that you, our customer,
should know when you call us with specific queries.
Quality Assurance
- Quality Assurance work in the background to ensure that all our
products and services are thoroughly tested so that we offer you
the best in the market. We also ensure quality in our service
through the work of this department and ensure customer care agents
are professionally trained and qualify to serve you our esteemed
and valued customer.
