When you call us, you talk directly with our customer care agents who are qualified and professionally trained to attend to your queries.

Our call centre is accessible by dialing 100 for Kiswahili service and 101 for English service.

Customer Information Centre

Customer Information Centre (CIC) is second level support designed to attend to your queries which need follow up after you have spoken with our call centre agent.

In a dynamic industry we are operating, CIC ensures all our customer care agents are well informed of new developments and issues that you should know when you call us.

Trade Partners Help Desk

This was designed enable our trade partners to interact with customer care agents working together as a team in offering solutions to your needs.

Only registered trade partners can talk to our staff directly by dialing 165

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance work in the background to ensure that all our products and services are thoroughly tested so that we offer you the best in the market.
